We've all had time to digest the new feature where teams with worse records get better prospects. Time to weigh in on how you feel about it.

I feel that the teams that end the season should have better prospects show up a few years later. After all, how many draftees are there that actually make the bigs, or even AAA in their first season? Most prospects take time to develop, and since some develop more quickly than others, it would be hard to give lower ranked teams better prospects right away. After all, that No. 1 draft choice could decide he wants to play college football and blow out his knee, or wind up having Tommy John surgery after his first single A start. Makes every team have an equal chance at getting an equal prospect, with a slightly better chance at getting the next Pedro or Nomar or (name your favorite big leaguer).

I have not been playing long, but I have heard that its pretty tough to up your revenue and attendance even if you are a good team. If this is the case, then just to compete I think small teams should get some kind of boost.
However if you area just a mid table team that has done really well, then it kind of penalizes you for doing well.

This makes it extremely difficult for small to mid-market teams to remain competitive year after year, which to me is what makes this game fun. This is tough to do without a continuous flow of talent from the minors. Don't penalize the small caps for upsetting the big dogs!!

I'm all in favor of competition and a higher league quality across the board, but I don't like the fact that I can be #1 in farm spending for 2+ years and not get quality results because my team wins. If you want to give the really bad teams star quality players, that's fine and dandy. Just don't do it at the expense of the teams that are run well and win while spending a lot on the farm.
