Hey Folks,
I'm in the waning stages of off season free-agency in fastsim 25 and one of the players I signed I had posted for 5 points for 4 years. What I actually got was 5 points for 1 year. The player was only asking for 4 points. Now I am wondering if this is a bug or one of those "features" that is coded into the game? I'm not complaining if it is either I am just seeking clarification as it does change strategies a bit going down the road if you are offering as high bidder and get somewhat less in years. I do think however that it wouldn't be a bad thing if a player is asking say 50 pts over 7 and you offer as high bidder 1 over 7 that the contract be 1 over 1. There are no players that I know of that would accept that much of a differential.
As a suggestion would it be possible for the powers that be to add a different graphic for a player willing to sign in the next simulation. I like the bar representation for the progression but last rotation I thought the bar was full but apparently it wasn't as the player didn't sign until the following sim. Not a big deal in reality but it does make it easier to see if a player is willing to sign at the next sim.
