Strange Trade bug?

Early in the season I have noticed the redsox always trade good players like mike lowell to the Royals for terrible players. It seems to be just these two teams. is this a bug or what?:confused:

It's not a bug. I havne't seen things like that, nor has there really been any reports like it. I know that non-contending teams often trade away good players, but I've rarely seen a deal early in the season. Unless more can be identified here that would make it a bug, this'll stay in General Discussion.
