BLASPHEMER!

wow - $19.99...that's what I paid for BM '07. Online play? Is that extra?

Let me ask you something: does OOTP overwrite contracts, or does it let a new contract take effect AFTER the current one is over?

IT works like it does in real life. More Real. Online Play is just like BM2k8 online play. You just need to join a league.

For example, you can find a league for BM2k8 here (www.baseballmogul.net)

Is there someplace that has an intro to BMO - limitations, how it works, etc? I see a lot of complaints in the forums...

I wouldn't mind trying an online league if it were fictional. I might be horrible, but as long as everything is fictional it might be worth a try. Where can i find that?

I saw that and 19.99 is cheap for OOTP which normally sells much higher. I have to read more, but I most likely will buy it. There is usually more flexibility in how you can run a league in OOTP, a LOT more, but I don't like the interface as much as Mogul.

The interface is not bad, it is just how fast the dang game is. Mogul is by far the superior game. With online play thou, ootp is far superior. (BMO or not). BMO has the best simulations with how many you can sim each hour, and the ablitity to use a server. OOTP will have that capablitity next year, hopefully.

Sometimes I don't think I am a Mogul guy? I like creativity, playoff leagues and many other options that OOTP actually offers and Mogul ignores. I have always been loyal to Mogul, but I think the updates that I am looking for are NOT going to happen?

True, we are all loyal customers, but we are not blind.

The funny part of the ootp8 release is that it really isn't any different than the ootpbm2007 game that was released when bm2k8 was. The only difference is that out of the park simulations seperated from Sega (sports interactive). Since they own the code, they made a version as an independent.
