When is "clinch" not a "clinch"

I beat the BoSox on the last day of the season in FastSIM3 and the headline says "Yankees clinch AL East." However I'm tied with Baltimore, and the standings show they are in first place...

I believe the headlines (incorrectly) announce a clinch when you clinch a TIE.

(Other testers -- let me know if this daignosis matches your experience)

I will check into this at some point and try to fix it.
