How Can I make an All-Franchise league?

If I want to make a franchise league using 1977 to 2007 players, how do I do this? Basically I'd like to be able to make an All-Orioles, All-Red Sox, etc league using these year groups? Can i do this? Thanks.

you can edit the 2007roster.csv file and put the players names, year they are from, position and their pay. Problem is the shortened span of years you want to use since I believe that only 1 of each player can be used so you'd have to be careful not to have the same player more than one team. The regulars on the forum can correct anything I might have been wrong on or may have missed. Hope this helps.
