Spamming

Where should I go to talk to someone about reporting spamming. There is someone who keeps reporting our leagues for spamming, we create a new one and he reports that one, any ideas on where to dispute a spamming report. He is saying that people who aren't even in our league are spamming. Thanks for any help

no. He is talking about in his sim leagues. He said some guy keeps reporting his leagues.
