I have a suggestion that shouldn't be too hard to implement on the League summary page. Where it lists all the cities and owners and how long since they've been on, maybe you could have the cities names be links to their team summary pages. This would help me out since when I see an owner who's just come on within the last few minutes I like to propose deals to them and in order to see their players I have to go to my team summary then select their team from the drop down box. It'd save me a few seconds and shouldn't be hard to change. Just a suggestion
