I'm wondering if oyu can create rookies?
and how do you draft players in fantasy draft?

Is this for the online game or the CD game?

In the Online game, you cannot do either of those things.

In the CD, you can create rookies. Read the help file for instructions.

In the CD, you draft by going to a player's scouting report and clicking Draft Player.
