Might want to arrange (force) a trade between them to even out their rosters.

I already had to fix the Marlins and the Rockies manually. The problem with this draft is how to get rid of 45 million worth of players who have poor trade value. Mant of these pitchers are overall 80-82 with health of 50-65 which most teams shun. The other problem is that my team currently is the best run financially and I will make 13 million profit this year. With every team in the league added together I don't have 45 million available to cover these salaries to fix one team.

I wouldn't mind modding an expansion draft if there was a way to do it.

Ok I found a simple fix that works. I traded every player who made more than 1/10th of the team's budget for prospects from a large market team. So if the expansion draft put a filter on it to not draft anyone more than 1/10th of the budget of the team drafting you would see a better draft instead of the computer ruining the simulation.
