Managing Injuries

Does anyone else think that managing injuries is too much of a hassle? When a player gets injured, pitchers in particular, they don't lose their spot in the rotation automatically. As a result, the rest of the rotation ends up having to start a day before they're ready. And the whole effectiveness of your team is ruined. To compensate for this, players need to stay at their computer the entire day to avoid injuries ruining their season, so they can swap out injured pitchers. I think it would be a good idea if pitchers get removed from the starting rotation automatically, when they get injured.

I agree. A starter should be substituted from your bench in that instance. Also, the "bench starter" could be used automatically on double header days.

I know, that's originally what I thought my spot starter was supposed to do. But instead my spot starter has never started a game.

Oops. I recently screwed up the AI. Thanks for pointing this out.

The next time the code is uploaded, the computer will use your spot starter whenever a rotation starter is injured (right now it just cycles through the starters).
