Trades???

Do trades make a difference to your teams "chemistry" or are any subsequent winning or losings streaks following a trade purely coincedental.

Trades can make a difference. If a player loses a friend, he'll be mroe unhappy, or something. But, the effect of happiness on performance is relatively small, so chances are, any winning/losing streaks following a trade are purely coincidental (or, depending on the trade, due to the different players performance's).
