On BBMO, what does the auto set lineup base it's decisions on?

It's putting Lee Stevens on the bench and Seguinol in for him batting 5th, and it's putting in Stubby Clapp, in which it pretty much says he sucks in the desc, over Jeff Frye who is still decent, I don't understand why it does that, what's it based on?

Your scouting. If your scouting isn't perfect, which it basically never is unless you've been ranked #1 for a few seasons in a row, then your Auto-Sort will be inaccurate.
