What can I do?
"League looks GREAT. I took Oakland on an impulse, and have since decided I'd be more interested in a small market challenge. ANy chance I can switch to Montreal? I don't want to quit and not be allowed to re-join - This looks to be the most thorough set of rules and defintions I've encountered to date..."
How can I switch this owner from Oakland to Montreal? If I remove him will he be able to re-enter?
