You'll need to email Clay and Ian directly for this. Payment issues are not handled at all here on the forums.

Contact information can be found on the main web site, under support.

Has anyone had good support on this issue? I just checked my credit card statement, and I have $34 total pending for this month, all due to the fact that I could not access my teams and played a little bit with the account information. I just sent an email to support now.

You must use email for payment issues. The forums are simply not an appropriate venue for discussing payment problems. If you haven't emailed anyone about the problem, even if you're posted here, then the problem simply cannot be considered to have been reported.

I don't mean to sound harsh here, but this isn't the first time that someone has posted on the forums with a payment issue and expected that to be enough. It's your money, I'd think that you'd want to do something about it. Clay probably isn't even aware that there's any real problems with the billing system, since everyone seems to just want complain rather than have their billing issues fixed. You really shouldn't rely on indirect communication such as a forum post and/or the help of a volunteer moderator to help take care of your money. We're not employees, and while we do our best to be trustworthy and responsive we really shouldn't be put into in a position where that level of trust is required.

Since it is money that we're talking about here, I wouldn't wait after sending just one email either. Send one every day until the issue is resolved. I promise you that Clay, Dee, and Ian will understand if they end up with 10 emails from one person about a billing issue.

"since everyone seems to just want complain rather than have their billing issues fixed."

I was charged an extra 4.95 to get my account to accept my login. I had to cancel then reactivated my account. I used to have 3 teams, but there was no way in h ell I was going to donate another 10.00 to the Clay foundation for a better FM/BM'08, so I reactivated it with one team and was charged an extra 4.95.

You're telling me I should email Clay and Co. for 4.95? It's not worth my time or his. I am not going to give him another excuse why he didn't have time to do the upgraded rosters. "oh, I have been flooded with the billing error and the update will have to wait until the All-Star break." Sorry but you know, BMO doesn't make me any money and you guys are lucky I even keep it up and running. Oh and since you will be waiting for the updated rosters, why not spend more of your money on BM'08 and I'll even throw in the buggie FM'07 for free!

Peace your pimp Clay!"

Sorry, but homie don't play that!

I rather my 4.95 go to warning the other BMO lemmings to watch their accounts and let them know we have a problem.

So Ohms, we will not keep it out of the forums, because the forums is where it needs to be.

No need to be so angry about it with us. Really, I'm glad that you're posting about it here because now I'm sure that about 100 people just recently went and checked their bank statements for billing errors.

 100 people? Did BMO double its subscriptions?

I do know that the billing failed to run in January, so "double billing" that occurs in February is the system running the January billing and the Februrary billing at the same time.

I can't speak to the larger issues mentioned here, like the $34 charge. So if you have more info (like is the $34 from 2 charges of $17? Or something else?), please e-mail the info to me.

As "Juiced" pointed out, I don't want to waste a lot of time tracking down individual $4.95 charges. But if I get several e-mails that show the same pattern, this could help Ian identify the problem.

Thanks!

More reason why I simply can't spend my money on this product and am out of BBMO. Not only will have they not provided significant updates in years and strung its customer base along with fraudulent information about upcoming updates, but they can't even have the decency to respect their customers enough to review and return emails promptly. It should never require multiple emails, especially for a billing error.:mad:

I answer every billing-related e-mail as soon as I get it. If you didn't get an answer, I didn't receive it.

Thats absolutely wrong. I sent emails day after day when I had my billing issue, not to get a single response. It took another guy from the forum to send Clay my email, only to get a response from Dee 5-6 weeks from my orignal email.

By then I completely gave up, and to this day will not spend another dime on the Mogul Online product.

Well I honestly dont remember. But it was one that ohms, or something reputable like himself gave me. I went to look for my posting asking for it, but apparently the thread was deleted.
