if you are in a league and don't want to give up playing to sit in a league that is waiting to play... then send me an email @ JBaker5205@aol.com and after I have enough verbal commitments to start the league you will be contacted. This way you won't miss out on playing. This will not ensure a spot, but it makes a lot of sense to make this option available to owners.
