Sortable Stats resetting- Vista

I just got a new computer and it has Vista and whenever I try to move something in sortable stats (I.E. Salary, Peak, Age) if I click to a different position it resets to where it was before I moved it.

Either it is a problem with the game running on Vista or it is my computer.

P.S. It also says it has trouble running the MogFrame.dat

I think this has something to do with it not loading the mogframe.dat because I tried to save my game and it said it couldn't access the mogframe.dat and then I closed out and it didn't say anything about not saving.

Correction it says "Error #13 in renaming 'Dynasty.mog-7ab913f.temp' to 'Dynasty.mog'"

This doesn't sound like an actual game issue, more like a Windows Vista settings issue. It looks like you ahve a permission setting messed up or something... I don't know that much about Vista though, so I can't really help that much.
