The Best D@mn Mogul League is currently the fourth longest running league of all time. We have just entered year 2105. We have simmed for 100 years straight (Gasp!) To give you a sense of just how long that is, well, it's around 2 years. Yes, 2 years of real time without even a hint of a reset. We must be doing something right.
Many GM's are complaining that BMO has become stale and predictable. And they are right. Until the game engine gets a much needed overhaul then the feeling of playing a tired product will continue.
However, here in BDML land, we don't rest on our laurels. In the interests of being at the vanguard of innovation, we have introduced several new and exciting features. First off, is a salary cap. No team is allowed to spend more than $120m on their payroll. So, if you're playing in a league where you feel you can't win because some teams are spending truck loads of cash on players, then perhaps you need to come visit us. :) The Best D@mn Mogul League (http://bmo.sportsmogul.com/leagues.pl?viewleague=2108)
What's more, we are taking a novel approach to teams expenses. Similar to a salary cap, all teams expenses are capped at $1m. This frees up more cash to spend on players without having to try and compete with larger markets in having the best farm, medical & scouting. All teams are equal.
