11.06 Runners don't tag up on sacrifice flies [Fixed 11.07]

Runners never tag up on deep flies to the outfield. I'm a few games into to the season and I not only noticed this in play by play but I also see nobody listed in the league leaders list for sacrafice flies. So this is clearly a bug.

I noticed it in PBP as well.

a popup comes up to see if you want them to tag up. your runner may not have the speed to tag up or the settings or off that's what i've seen

If it's happening in sim games, it's a larger bug than just the pop-up issue. Can somebody confirm that?

Just simmed through a full season, all computer run teams. There are no sac flies listed for the entire year.

I have seen sac flies occur in PBP mode.

This also happens in PbP, but just for the AI. Granted, I have played just under two months worth of one season, but even in one pitch mode, I am able to tag up, but the computer doesn't seem to be able to. I just realized this, and realizing this, I also realized that it gives me a HUGE advantage, one that makes the game pretty unplayable from a one pitch mode anyway, until it's fixed. I'll just go back to '08 until it's settled, no biggie I suppose!

I agree with the conclusion of the post above, as well. None of this discussion actually has to do with the bug report anyway, so I'm soft deleting it all. Not sure whether this should go here, or as a new bug, but I'll try here first...

The issue with no Sacrifice Flies appearing does not appear to be fixed as reported. I upgraded from 11.04 to 11.06, then simmed an entire season, with still no sacrifice flies showing up. I initially tried this starting from a game saved under 11.04. I had played though the 1993 season, and simmed through 1994 looking to see if there would be any SFs; there weren't.

Then, thinking that the fix might not work with saved files from previous versions, I tried again, this time starting a new game under 11.06, with the 1993 season. Same result. (http://www.rhinobunny.com/derek/images/1106_nosacflies_1993.jpg)

What if you put Tag up Success and Tag Up Unsuccessfull at 100%, will that help?

I just confirmed this bug isn't fixed in 11.06. I'm still working on it.
