11.04 Team receives too Many Draft Picks

In the 2013 year of one of my franchises, I was awarded a pick in the fourth round that belonged to the team that picked before me.

Did you have Commish mode on by any chance?

Don't believe so, playing with Commissioner mode on is annoying. I did edit the game with Commissioner mode.

EDIT: No commissioner mode.

You're positive that you didn't accidentally leave Commish mode on for the draft, though?

No, I wouldn't turn it on for one day - I don't edit draftpicks.

That, and I'm pretty sure it's not the first occurrence I saw in that franchise.
