Is there a way to see and/or edit the draft order before draft day?

No. The order though is the reverse order of last years standings.

I think that should be added, maybe not editing it but at least viewing it, just because I don't remember the exact reverse order of lats years standings off the top of my head.

How does the AI resolve ties? For example:

If the Marlins and the Rangers tie with 72-90 records, who gets to pick ahead of the other?

I think that it's actually alphabetical. I remember that being brought up in the past... it doesn't occur hardly at all though, so it's not an issue that people seem to pay attention to (yet).

Well, I'd hardly say that it's better this way... there just hasn't been any real need to get elaborate, is all. Keep in mind that this isn't a definative answer... I'm not positive that there isn't a tie breaking procedure. I just remember there being one or two complaints that there wasn't, is all. In a perfect world, there would be.
