Hot Buttons

Is there anyway to make hot buttons for certain functions like resume game, sim settings, league settings, etc?

Currently playing bm08, but also wondering about the ability to do so in bm09

No. There's just the ones that come predefined in the game. I wouldn't mind seeing the ability to edit hotkeys, though. I probably wouldn't use it, but I bet many people would.
