If you don't want to have to rest your players, go into League Settings and set the option for the computer to always manage rest.

Thank you very much one more quick question
My budget keeps going down and I have no idea why. I made the WS one year and my budget was 78 or so million, then the next year it dropped to 50 for some reason. Doe sit have to do with me being a small market team like the A's?

Possibly. Budget is simply projected revenue - projected non-payroll expenses. It's just a guideline. As long as you have enough cash, you can ignore it.

Yea it did this alot with me to at 1st at the begining of the seaon it would drop my projected payroll to like 50-55 mill but by the end of the year it was back up to the 75-80 it was the year before.
It seems the projection mechanism takes into account the last few years so if you average 80 wins and no playoffs for 5 or so year then breakout for a 95 win world seres season it assumes you will regress and wont repeat that success. After several high win/playoff seasons it starts assuming thats the norm.
