I'm running on XP.
Every once in a while, when I attempt to do a trade, the other side will agree, but then it will claim I cheated and cancel the trade. Thereafter, the GM will require me to pay a steeper price for the deal to go through. I didn't alter the components of the deal in any way after I submitted my offer, so I have no idea why its doing this. Hopefully, its not ruining my reputation among e-GMs.
I've noticed that GMs will refuse to make the deals promised on the trading block with some frequency, so I wonder if this is an application of that.
