Here is a new team background image to use with BB2k9. It has the ratings of what level a player should be placed in for maximum growth (according to a post by Ohms_law) on it so you know at a glance. It will look like this:

I recommend that you put it in this directory: ...\Sports Mogul\Baseball 2009\Skins\****\Dialogs
**** is whatever name you choose for your skins. The dialogs subfolder will have to be created by you (and your will have to choose that skin from within the game).
You could also simply replace the teamBG.jpg file in the ...\Sports Mogul\Baseball 2009\Skins\SportsMogul\Dialogs folder, but if you choose to do it that way, you should make a backup copy of the original teamBG.jpg
The file is zipped so that it can simply be downloaded rather than viewed. The quality of the jpg in the zip is much better than the one above. Download the file below.
