11.16 Amateur draftees are male regardless of setting

Been running an AAGPBL style simulation using the all women in baseball setting. Was working fine using version 11.10, but when I upgraded to 11.13, the next rookie class that was generated was mostly men, downgraded back to 11.10. Same issue has developed using the 11.16 patch as well.

Problem still occurs using the 11.19 patch.

Problem still exists in v11.18, and have some more info on the issue. Looked at a couple players and they were listed in editor as female but they had male names.

Perhaps it's generating the right proportion of females, but using the male name database for some reason?
