I want to just search for the manual draft posts in only my league only. Can you do a search within one league only? What is the easiest way to do that?

You can't really do that because of the way the league sub-forums are set up. If the person or people who have been posting the threads used the league name in the thread title then a search including the league name would work, but other than that no.

Tags can help here, but you'll need to go back and add tags to all of the old threads if you want them to come up.

Speaking of tags... I had the ability for a while to tag threads, then it was taken away 3 weeks ago or so. I am from AGML2R, and I was going through and tagging all of our important threads (revenue sharing, drafts, trades, etc), but I can no longer do so.

Is there any way you can give that right back to league-designated moderators so that we can work to make our forums better?

Under advanced search, you can search only "subcribed forums", but by now you're probably subscibed to a lot of forums. I never figured out how to unsubscribe to a forum, though it's probably obvious. The work around I used was to set up a dummer user name and subscribe only to my forum, then I was able to search only that forum.

What does unsubscribed to a forum do? Does it stop the e-mails?
