How much is a decent amount to spend on farm team?

Hello, i spend 80 points a year on farm team and 50 on scouting but i never get any decent rookies, even through i come bottom last year, do i need to spend more on farm team?

The success of your farm depends on several factors. One of them, as you know already, is how well your team does that season. Another is the spending on your farm. Now, you are spending 80pts on farm, which is a good amount. But, the quality of rookies would depend on where you rank while investing 80pts, and if you were consistently investing the same amount through out the year. I would say, if you know your team is not going to do well, then invest as much as possible, by this i mean in the top three. This way you can assure you will get good, if not awesome, prospects.
