Fast Sim

I want to join a fastsim league but there arn't any new ones, and when ever I join a league that has been around for a couple years game time I get a totally crippled team (huge debt, bad players, awful attendance, ect.). How often do new leagues get started? And if people in fast leagues see a computer controlled team that isn't totally crippled, like with less debt then revenue, post the league here so I can check it out
