I have been a mogul player for years now, dating back to what I believe is 2002. I have enjoyed BMO in my time, and have been angry getting no help as to why my credit card was double charged. I am well over this, and still enjoy Mogul 09 more frequently than any other computer game out there combined.

It was my birthday today and I received just a short email wishing me a happy birthday that brought a full smile to my face. I just wanted to drop by saying the gesture was extremely thoughtful.

Thanks for producting a great product Mogul team, and taking it a step further with customer relations.

They sent you an e-mail on your birthday?

I got one on my birthday too. It comes automatically if you entered your birthday...

I swear that Clay wrote every word one at a time, each year I have been on the forum..... funny that all the e-mails are the same :p

He used to do part of the programming for BM and work with BMO, but I think he's become "less" of a player in Sports Mogul recently.

He is now only used for contract work until probably BMO update gets released.

Glad to see that you guys at SM kept up the double dipping on the account I switched over to. 5/21 billed twice, again. :mad:

I refunded it. I wish to heck I knew what was going on with your account. I'm basically suspending billing on your account from now on until I can get an answer. And, I went and refunded every charge that's on this card as well, including the ones that should be there.
