In the draft, the computer selects salary depending on how good the player is, and not by what pick he is chosen.
If I pick a scrub for my #1 pick, he should want #1 pick money. He doesn't, he'll take his 200K.
Also, you should be able to forfeit you pick if you want. Maybe you can't sign anyone in the first 4 rounds. This option would be more usefull if the AI for draft salary is fixed.
It would also be good for leagues. Say a guy doesn't show up. How are you gonna skip him and go to the next guy?
