As my team is approaching the trade deadline, I am wondering whether to be buyers of sellers. We are 53-51 and are 5.5 games back of 1st place Oakland. We are currently in third place and would have to jump the Angles too.

Buyers, that team was good, but the only reason why they won 116 games was because every person on the team had a career year. I see it is for the 2002 season. If you remember in 02, and 03 the reason the Mariners couldn't make it was becasue they didn't get any players...

I wish I did too. I didn't give up much. Just some pitchers that I had no room for.
