What is the best way to make prospects develop properly? Do you keep them in the minors until the AI brings em up or do you place him in the line-up? Oh and if you do do that and has a crappy/amazing season, does that factor in his growth?

Spending a lot of money on farm system and then releasing everyone below a 80 peak works for me. I bring them up to the majors when they are at 75 or above.

I normally cut people of 75 peak or under.

I wouldn't. I would keep them in the minors for 3 years and see if they develop. Sometimes they surprise you and can be a viable piece of your team. I once drafted a 45/58 player and he became a 80/80 player and is my main defensive sub.
