salary cap must be the issue

in this game cash or lack of becomes a very big issue. in the nfl i never hear of cash being an issue-it is always the salary cap. i think some more thought should be given to making the salary cap the same major issue in this game as it is in the nfl. it seems that cash becomes too much of an issue in the game and yet i never hear of cash being an issue in the nfl- it is always the salary cap. we should know if we are losing money but do nfl owners lack cash to run their teams- none that i am aware of. now if you want use making $ as a part of the mogul rating that is fine but i don't think we should have to make decisions based on the lack of cash but rather on where a team stands in relation to the salary cap.

a team should not have to rebuild due to a lack of cash but only because of the salary cap.
