Where have you lived throughout your life?

I was talking with a co-worker who's lived in 23 different locations throughout his lifetime, and I have only lived in two (technically three if you count two different cities in Minnesota). I was born in the Twin Cities, grew up in Grand Rapids MN), and lived in Las Vegas when I was 18. Now I am back in the Twin Cities.

I've been obsessed with that area, as well as Greenland, since I was a child reading about these places in the encyclopedia.

Once I find a wife and true love and make a few bucks, I intend to move to the far north of Canada, or to Greenland, or to the wilds in the Finnish Arctic.

Well, I was a kid. I really don't remember much of anything about Nanasivik. I DO have some memories of Pine Point, but, like I said, it's no longer there (the mining company owned the town. When the mine shut down, they took everything...and I mean EVERYTHING. I guess they went so far as to actually carve up all the road asphalt).

I have actually gone back up North since, just to travel. It's actually not too bad, weatherwise, if you go in the summer months, though it's not like you can EVER go in shorts and a t-shirt, or anything like that. :D

Moved back to Ashland, Virginia after I got married
Moved to Massaponax, Virginia at age 20
Moved to Coraopolis, Pennsylvania at age 22 to finish my degree
Moved back to Massaponax for six months at age 25.
Moved to Lyells, Virginia for four years.
Moved to Montross, Virginia for a whopping six weeks.
Moved to Tappahannock, Virginia, where I have lived since 2006.

In the very near future, I will be moving to a very nice piece of riverfront property (assuming the present meteorological unpleasantness doesn't drown same) in Kennard, Virginia. Unfortunately, there's nothing but a lot of very wet pine trees on my 3 1/2 acres at the moment.
