OK folks .. for a moment imagine your a 40 year old Tom Glavine or his agent. You have had a long quality career, but are looking for one maybe two more years in the sun. Do you accept the free agent contract of:

A: a team that needs an experienced Starter to get them over the hump and into the playoffs ... or ..
B: a team that, while offering a bit more money, already has a fully loaded starting rotation and will likely send you to their AAA farm club

The way the game is set up now the answer is B ... and what is worse ... Tom just accepted a pay cut so he could go on pitching in AAA, even though he could make the starting rotation of every other team in the league.

Just had to get that of my chest ..... Whew I feel much better now.

Unfortunately there are going to be inconsistancies like that frequently. No AI could ever completely mirror true human emotions or interactions. It comes with the territory.

Just as good, I have the next Babe Ruth ( from what is stats an abilities show ) But he cann't even hit his body weight never mind keep it above the Mendoza line..........

LOL an he is looking to get 80 points or something like that at the end of the year..........

80 points ?????? That is 75 % of my payroll for some of my teams.
