1. It seems that the simulation of games bogs down severely, I do not know if this is something everyone is experiencing or just me.

2. I drafted a player and he has a rating of 103. I thought the maximum was 99

3. The ability to change offenses and or defenses would be nice (run and shoot offense, or a 4-3 or 3-4 defense)

4. What does css mean on the draft screen

I have seen this several times during the draft. Any my scouts were rated number at the time.

Here is a pick of the last one I saw a linebacker.

Wanted to find some Off Linman that had an incredible endurance rating of 110. Saw that during the draft but I forgot the players name.

I will send a screen shot of CSS when I get to the draft again. It goes away after the draft.

Players are initially ranked from best to worst in order of 'CSS'. This stands for Combined Scouting Score -- a rating from 0.0 (lowest) up to 10.0 (highest) that estimates each player's overall career prospects as a pro football player. As the name suggests, this number is calculated by the combined efforts of the scouting staffs of every team in order to provide some basic shared information for all teams (and the press). If you want the inside scoop on a player, look at the specific ratings for each skill (e.g. Accuracy, or Rushing). These ratings are compiled by your own personal scouting staff. Unlike the CSS, their accuracy depends greatly on the amount of money you've invested in your Scouting Staff.
