He had Lester going 10-10....I said he'd do better. That makes me smarter. Now the Red Sox have to give me a job.

Huh, he made an exact prediciton..and you predicted "better." Wow, way to go on your prediction that Lester would win between 11-30 games. You're the man. I think the KC Chiefs are winning between 0-6 games this year. I THINK I'M GONNA NAIL ANOTHER ONE!

It's been my experience that when people think they are smarter than everyone else, the opposite is usually true. Case in point - look at all these Wall Street dumbasses that thought they were the smartest ones in the room.

True, that, but they're all smart enough to be making off with millions of dollars in their pockets while there's f#@k-all any of us can do about it but yell at the news broadcast every night.
