Did the last year of the contracts change?

I'm in Beta league 16.

Some of my players now have 2002 ending contracts that were previously ending in 2003. Jay Payton is one I know of for sure.

Did somebody change the end year of the contracts? Our 2002 season just ended, and I don't want to lose these guys!

That is a well documented bug. I'm sure that they will fix it ASAP. All that is happening is that the contact lengths on that screen are at Y-1.

Fear not, the contracts you originally saw are the ones that will be enforced by the game.

It does create some confusion though.;)
