I think a beneficial addition to the game would be a user toggle to auto managment. In my case I am going on vacation for 12 days and will be unable to sign onto the computer within that time frame. But unfortunately it will take 2 days for the computer to kick in and begin making roster switches. That could easily mean the entire season blown. I know there are probably ways to exploit that as a cheat somehow but once this goes live it could be frustrating to paying users to have their teams decimated while they are on vacation.
This also leads onto something more. To those out there who want to do nothing but cause problems; one's roster could be totally bought out if they go on vacation with the computer trades kicking in like they do now. I like the fact that you can now trade with defunct owned teams, but if someone goes away for awhile and still wants to play their teams, their rosters could be as screwed up as many other computer controlled teams out there. I know for a face that when I picked up Philly in my one league 2 weeks into the season their good players, which were few were gone.
Long story short, 14+ days should be the minimum before live owners should be able to trade with defunct owner teams.
Just my 2 coppers worth,
