Lebsoccer has decided to put together a new football mogul league with the unfortunately situation regarding TPSL. Alot of the TPSL members crossed over with us, and we only have 10 available teams left! We want to fill the league up ASAP so we can get this thing rolling.

Currently, we (Leb and myself, with help from other reliable GMs) have been working on editing the rosters so the file looks a realistic as possible. This shouldn't take more than a day as we are already half done. Expect a file to be posted late tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

We are entering the offseason (resigning period) and will have a fully customizable draft. Right now you'll see the running backs and quarterbacks. There will obviously be "rating edits" but those will be the names. We are using a FULL draft class of players in this years NFL draft.

There are other ideas we are entertaining as well. We have pracitcally a full NFC as you can see, but we REALLY need AFC GM's. The Patriots just made the super bowl and are relatively untouched (moves-wise). The Jets have Drew Brees as their quarterback, Bengals, Bills, Titans, Jags, Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers all relatively untouched (moves)...and the Vikings have Peyton Manning as their quarterback and also still have Adrian Peterson.

Good day,

I've been playing 2007/2009 for several years, with various options. I'd be interested in League play (as in, let's pig-pile the rookie!). I've downloaded the *.mog, and see some teams are 'open.' If I picked up the Bengals (mostly to just pick one... the Lions or Broncos would be first choices...) is it possible to join? I realize I'd need do a lot of reading to catchup on the 'how-to' the steps, etc... (as in, how to trade? I trade often!! How does the league work as the season unfolds, etc.... basic mechanics...) Yet, it sounds like it'd be fun. It's a game, after all!

Having said all this... is it possible to jump in the deep end? I can set my game for whatever options are needed, and read up quick. I don't mind getting in on the middle of a season... whatever... (I also play about 10 games a week as it is... so I usually keep up.)

Thanks. I went to the site and signed up for the Bengals. Assuming I get 'approved', I'm uncertain how to proceed? I haven't seen any 'how-to' notes on what to do next? I've pulled the last *.mod, looked over the Bengals, planned several Free Agent signings, and potential trades (however that works). But... how to? I can just sign the Free Agents, but then it's on my *.mod and not in game. Do I send these 'requests' to someone, and the comish handles the busywork?

And I saw the 'first come, first serve' crack at free agents... how to get requests in fast?

Have you posted some notes on just how to 'do whatever' between weeks? Since I'm new at this, I expected to get thrashed, but that's lernin'... (welcome to the NFL, rookie! and all that)
