I am working on an app that parses the box scores, and when reviewing some of my saved box scores (I am attaching a zip file that contains six selected at random, but every box score I have looked at from 1957 in my dynasty has this problem), I notice that the lineups are always listed under the correct city name, but that the pitchers are listed under a city name of a team that did not even play in the game! Some box scores have one team's pitchers correctly identified, but many have both teams' pitchers under the wrong city names. Here is a screenshot:
