A new league only for ACTIVE OWNERS! 3 day limit for inactivity. 20/day hourly everyady
Semi-equalized....NO TEAM STARTS WITH LESS THAN 90, Big Market cash rounded down, small market rounded up. Rewards for performance by small market teams. BUT BIG MARKET TEAMS still have somewhat advantage..just like REAL LIFe.

my other league i had was inactive so i disbanded it!
activity is good :)

lots of interest in the league already, but many are full. we need some active, un full owners :)
