I had my account set to expire at September Second but for some reason it expired today. What's going on?

How did you close your account? Did you change your subscription level, or did you hit the Delete Account button?

My username is jestpy.
I switched my account to "None" ensuring that from Augus second to sept second would be the last month i paid. It then said my account was hit to expire September Second. I was paying for that last month. Then my account all of a sudden shutdown August sixth. It tells me that my account is now a free account all of a sudden. Maybe I'm mistaken about paying for this last month but the system certainly made it seem like I was.
It said "Account set to expire September Second" :confused:
So answering your question i switched my subscription level.

I'm not entirely familiar with the billing system, but I have re-enabled your account at the Silver level and sent a message to James to resolve any related billing issues when he returns next week.

By the way the check's in the mail.
When you restored my account you charged me an extra couple of dollars. I'm assuming that I will not pay this considering I got no extra time (Sept 7 instead of 2 but i stopped playing two days ago anyhow) for fixing that bug that is really pissing me off trying to explain this to my parents. You'll see a check of 44.47 (Which I owed before the bug) not the 51.93 that i got charged somehow. Thanks for the understanding.
P.S James was supposed to fix the billing problems right...
