8.030: 3 teams have blank fan loyalty in league edit screen [Fixed 8.040]

Packers, Pats and Redskins (default should be fanatical) all have a blank fan loyalty rating on the league edit screen, so if you go to the league edit screen and don't notice it and leave it blank it will default to F and you'll get really low attendance and concessions.

I don't see this when I start a new game in 2009. Is it some other year?

No, 2009 from a fresh install of 8.030 starting a new game with the packers and going to the league editor screen.
Its the same if you star a new game with the pats or redskins.
Its fine with teams with less than A for fan loyalty.
