If albert pujous got injured today(or his next game) would he still win the NL MVP?
And who is second in the MVP voting.

Yes (what's up with you and these threads, there's only like 15 games left in the season)
Hanley Ramirez.

Easily . . . second place is a tough one though.
There are a few guys having great years:
Hanley .355/24/100 25 steals
Prince .299/39/126
Howard ..271/40/121
I think I would give it to Reynolds though .... .270/42/97 25 steals and plays 3rd.

Reynolds? Look at his average and rbis compared to the Hanley Prince and Howard.

...and Hanley Ramirez is WAY, WAY more valuable than Mark Reynolds. Reynolds is having a really good year, but he's not in Hanley's league...better hitter, way better defense this year, way more premium position....

Hanley is also much faster than Reynolds, and he doesn't strike out as much (Although "Strikes out less than Mark Reynolds" isn't saying very much)

Ryan Howard? No. He's not even the most valuable player on his team (again).
There's two or three options for 2nd place right now - Hanley Ramirez, Chase Utley, and Tim Lincecum. Then, there's a pretty large dropoff to the next few guys which would include Ryan Zimmerman, Prince Fielder, Adrian Gonzalez, Matt Kemp, Troy Tulowitzki and some other guys. And then we get to a group with Mark Reynolds and Ryan Howard.
