Kind of tying on to the exciting poll. What was the last thing you would consider either exciting or spontaneous?

Not exactly exciting, but I made an ad on craigslist's personals using a friend of mine's pic & listing another friend's number. Supposedly, he's look for some anonymous gay sex in the South Park area w/ no strings attached & no questions asked

Not quite as cool as Ragecage. I work at a pet grooming shop and we foster dogs for animal control. A lady adopted a dog from us for her father who lived in Vegas. I offered to deliver the dog and left the very next morning. 9 hour drive one way.

I consider most plastic bottle vodka to be a mistake, no matter what night it's on.
But Gordon Mondays are a killer

tell old stories, jeffy. like the vietnam vet down the street would tell about the time he took LSD before a battle with Charlie.
Oh, the good ol days.
But yeah, drunk sex I'm in a love hate relationship with.
it's sex. so i love it.
but i'm drunk and awkward and bump my head on stuff and that hurts.

Well depending on age, we can start any time you guys wanna hear ;)
i peed on a cop once, have had more threesomes than i can honestly name, have skipped work days to go rock climbing, boulder climbing, skinny dipped countless times. I have done pretty well anything i could ever think of other than drugs or cigarettes.
Just depends what kinds of stories people wanna hear :D

peed on a cop story. Because this weekend me and my friends were bouncing around my girlfriend's apartment building trying to get into the pool and this security guard comes up all power trip like and he sees me with my beer and goes "is that an open container?"
well, i'm drunk. so i think this guy is a cop so I go. "No, it's not even mine."
Then i proceed to walk away casually. My friends stayed and he goes "Look, it's 1 am all the parties are done" (like parties have a time limit!) "You guys need to go home or I'm going to call Fort Collins"
I call out, from the back, "Is Fort Collins even open right now?"
He yells "Hey smart ass, one more out of you and I call the cops what's your name?"
"Larry Walker"
"Alright Larry shut you ****ing mouth"
"I played baseball for the Rockies in the 90's"
"Son of a *****, that's it"
Then we ran.

I'll tell the cop story for the night.
Three weeks before i turned 21, i moved up to st. louis and got a job as the assistant manager at Bank of America in Frontenac (the wealthy area, Stan Musial, Al Hrabsoky, Chris Osgood, Jim Edmonds etc all come to this location because they lived close, Musial is the only guy i know that can have a caddy that says 3000 on the license plate ;) ) So I went out with Stephanie and Pat, two of the bankers there on a friday night, Stephanie had turned 21 a few months before me, and Pat was like 25 (coolest black guy ever!)...so we went down to the landing, i showed my real i.d. instead of my fake and got in everywhere...got drunk etc.
so i had to get something out of my car, and instead of drinking and driving, the three of us were just going to stay at steph's for the night since she lived close and watch (i'm not kidding, Finding Nemo). so Pat and I ran up to my car at the arch parking lot, he had to pee so he went over to a giant plant pot, so i decided to do the same...so while i was peeing, a cop came up, tapped me on the shoulder, when i turned toward him i peed on his shoe.
got a 75 dollar public urination ticket. I lamented a copy of it, the lady laughed at me when i paid it...
Steph is the blonde.

Awesome stories guys!! I only spit on a cop car once in Carson City. He was digging around the passenger side floorboard when my friends and I drove by him. I was in the back and spit on the hood. I thought it was empty. As we drove away the driver told me a cop sat up and didn't even notice the offending splatter. I play a lot of disc golf and one night at a fairly large course in grass valley we got chased by the park rangers for playing at night. They didn't know the course as well as they should and were unwilling to walk through the thicker brush. We ran them around that course for about 2 hours before we got bored. It was fun. Mushrooms will do that.

Me and my brother were throwing stuff off the roof of the Red Lion in Seattle onto the street bellow, and I decided to dump my drink off, and lo and behold, it hit someone on a bike. So me and my bro got out of site for a minute, and when we looked back there was another guy talking to this lady. So we decided to get him too. Not a smart idea, as it turned out this lady had called the police and this guy was an officer. So he got plunked in the head by an icecube dropped from about 6 stories and absolutely FLIPPED. The lady was not sure who had thrown the drink, and neither was the cop until he finally looked up and saw my brother, who stupidly remained in sight. So the cop started yelling at him from way down below so I grabbed him and we raced back into the hotel to our room for a bit. Thankfully the officer did not know our name and room number, and had not gotten a good look at us. But the whole thing was hilarious XD

There was one on my 22nd birthday where I was so pilled up on vikadin and drunk that my friends were dragging me down the road and I could do nothing about it. I was covered in dirt and scrapes, and when I got back into my yard, which I lived with my parents at the time, my mom hosed me off with a water hose and I turned into a muddy mess.
She tried squirting one of my friends and he booked it and jumped my fence and landed in a cactus patch on the other side. lol.

Off the top, here are some (legal) things I can think of:
I was randomly cast in a movie while in college. If it wasn't for my character's death...there woulda been no movie.
I also acted in two plays (both comedies). The first time as an extra. Then the director wanted me back for another run. I skipped auditions, so he cast me as the lead.
Spontaneous 100 mile road trips just to see a movie and eat at a certain restaurant, out of the blue decisions to play snow football or snow joust on bikes, 2 hours of shoeless basketball, and the night I stayed up all night editing a video when I had a 9 AM college final also are right up there too for fun. Plus the day a friend and I spoke in nothing but song and movie titles.

Jousting on bikes is more fun than it sounds ;)
We used wrapping paper rolls and would ride our bikes at each other and try to knock each other off, eventually, these turned into weapons. We also used the giant nerf noodles used as flotation devices in pools.
Random road trips have always been my thing. Working an 8-5 job and going to a college 4 hours away (mizzou) on a wednesday night w three buddies just to go to some parties and needing to be back at work the next morning, and I always did all of the driving, we showed truckers hustlers spreads that trip, and I had to go into the girls restroom at a club to get my friend that had passed out :D
Oh what memories :)
I highly recommend paintball on four wheelers, and paintball in an old office building, superior levels of fun!

I think I should come to this thread once a day to tell another story worthy of my future memoairs (sp?)
Everything from doing a black chick, to running a 5k naked to having sex w a girl while her mother was on the same couch.
Ill start w the latter.
The first girl I ever actually slept with, was when I was 21. That's right, I was a virgin until I was 21! This was by choice by the way, high school gf and I were together for 4 years from 17-21. We were both virgins, waiting for marriage until she ****ed this one guy. So I I lost my virginity at 21. To a girl I dated for 3 months, she still lived w her parents while in college. One night we are cuddled up on their wrap around couch watching a movie, we are laying under a blanket, and her mom sits down on the other end. Half way through the movie she starts, umm. Ill keep it kosher for the kids ( she starts touching things) and eventually it turned into us laying ackwardly with me cupping her mouth and us trying to move very slightly. And it was very dark. We were successful, let's just say that.
That girl ended up taking me, and then my best friends v cards. I was that guys best man :)

We'd have some great stories to share, and I agree that it's much more fun in person than typing them out, although it's fun to reminisce anytime. I'll share some more later. I'm at work now and can't really talk about getting kicked out of hotels on the Las Vegas Strip or strippers in Hollywood doing blow off the toilet seat or staying at Jasmin St. Claire's condo in L.A. (and her cats almost killing me) or hosting a heavy metal extravaganza on New Year's Eve or going to professional wrestling school or getting arrested when I was 16 (had to put that in there to show I wasn't proud of EVERYTHING)... but I might later if I have time. ;)
At the same time though, honestly, since there are younger posters here, I don't want to glorify anything, and I'm sure Jeffy doesn't either. There are no standards you have to live up to while you're young, so do whatever is fun for you. If you're not a big time party animal, don't try to be one. I gave up on giving into peer pressure when I was 13 or 14, and once you stop being somebody you think others want you to be, that's when the real "fun" begins.

Yeah yeah report me, it was worth it. I lol'd.

When did I say I suck at life? Also, why would you say that to a 14 year old kid, you degenerate.

I've started noticing that myself lately.
Today after school me and a bunch of my friends had a contest to see who could make the longest basketball shot. Winner got a promotional sized slurpee(1.8 L?) I swished a 70 foot shot and won :D

Awesome G!
High school/college are supposed to be the "best years" of your life, and after you graduate you won't ever speak to most people in your school again, so you might as well be yourself and have fun now instead of wasting those years impressing somebody else.
And good job on the shot... and the slurpee. :p

I agree big time with Bingle's post!
i was always just me, and people always wanted to be around me, i have always had that ability to start the fun, to be the one that comes up with the ideas of excitement. i enjoyed being popular because i wasn't while in grade school and much of high school. But my confidence changed around junior year of high school. As long as you are careful, and you don't do things just to fit in with anyone, not only will other people respect you more, but you will respect yourself more.
I have a lot of stories many of which i am very proud of, some i won't even consider sharing. Fact is, i learned from the bad experiences, enjoy remembering the good one's, and i know that when i die, i will be able to look back and say i lived my life, my way. and i am proud of that. Now, my journey is fatherhood. and i guarantee this experience will blow the **** out of all my others combined.

I was always shy, always had trouble talking to girls, being fun at parties, etc. etc.
But then senior year rolled around and I didn't care anymore. I just started having fun, if people didn't like who I was...**** em. They aren't worth it.
Now, I'm confident, I don't get scared talking to people I've never met. And girls, ****. Girls are easy.

I don't think I've changed my game in three years. I keep it simple.
Most often if the party is crowded I slip into a seat next to a girl and say "Damn, lots of people" discuss that I was surprised at how many people showed up.
then names come out, majors, discuss the major. Always, always, always compliment the name. I always use "cool". Even if it's something like "Alice" or "Beth" I'm always like that's cool, not a lot of Alice's left in the world.
I'm an MVP some nights. it's too easy, I'm playing A ball.

I am really self confident and extremely vocal on how I feel, but I am just anti social in my school only(Well, I am really quiet most of the time everywhere). Whenever I am with people not from my school i make friends really fast and have a great time. But people at my school stay away from me because I live in redneck town and am not a redneck. I have 2 real good friends at it and that is it. Yet I have loads outside of school  :D

I was the same way in high school, at the two local public high schools i was the most popular kid outside of their schools.....but only had a few friends from my high school....they just so happened to be the hottest girls there ;)

I just have a lot of people I talk to, but I'll only consider at most five of them to be friends, in which turn I consider out of the five, 3 of them close friends (which is "best friends" to me).
My friend told me once that you should choose friends carefully, keep them a small group but make sure you have the ones you want. Makes sense to me.

how many will you be friends with when each of you start a family? move away etc?
sorry, just asking........different reasons make you slowly lose friendships.....and it's never personal.
someone moves away, gets married, has kids at different rates than other people......it changes things....you have to make an effort to remain friends.

Well when I moved to Denver, we all kind of got distant but this summer we all got real close again.
I think we're a rare bunch, honestly. Friends in 9th grade, even closer now.
I'd like to say we'll be friends forever but I know we'll go our different paths and in ten years who knows if we'll still be friends.
I'm just living it up now that these people are in my life as people I'd die for.
People always say "I'm not even friends with anyone in high school anymore, blah blah blah" I like to think I found some good people in high school.
It's always possible.

I am lucky also. I put my close group of friends through crap during my drinking days. Once I sobered up they came back. That has been huge for my confidence. I have never made friends easily by my own choice. The friendships I have had have always been real strong. As far as HS and college being the best years of your life..That is great for others but I wasn't impressed with those years. Or my 20's by the way. I like my 30's and hope this aging/enjoyment of life trend continues.

I'm under the belief that "best" friends find a way to get back together even after long periods of not talking to each other, which is what I'm doing with my closest friend right now.
Either we remain best friends, or we'll just depart separate ways because it wasn't meant to be. Either way, win win.

how about my story of the day, today, since i don't have much time........will be that i stay up 31 hours in a row on average, and when i sleep, i sleep around 10-12 hours.....right now, i have been up since yesterday at 2 P.M. after going to bed at 10 A.M. that was a nap, I will be up until at least 11 tonight, depending on what happens with our doc appt today.
I am also the most productive person you will likely ever meet, but sleep is what suffers in that act. but my body doesn't seem to notice the lack of sleep.
if you dont' believe me when i saw i am up all hours...look at my posting history on here....i am often, the only one around during the wee hours of the morning, me and a few people in other countries. ;)
