Sorry, to get 2 teams, you would need to upgrade to Silver for $5 extra per month. You can only add on extra teams to the Gold plan.

Unfortunately, our billing system is not sophisticated enough (yet) to allow us to have multiple options and add-ons for accounts.

Someday we hope to allow other options, but we have so many development projects on our plate right now...
