After a concussion two weeks ago; Tebow is cleared to play vs LSU tonight.
Jamelle Hill wrote her typical conspiracy theory article here:

I wrote a response thusly:
I found your article on Tim Tebow
to be awful.
To claim that Tebow shouldn't have been in the 3rd quarter of a game, whatever the score, is hindsight at its worst. This happened in the 3rd quarter, not in the last two minutes of a game. When was the last time a team pulled its starting QB in the 3rd quarter of a game?
To Then think that medical professionals would endanger him further by falsifying his health is a dangerous statement.
To assume that, even is cleared by medical professionals (despite the fact you feel they are unreliable)and he claims to be fine, he should still not play simply because he is at risk for further concussions is to deny the reality that he will have to live with that for his entire life. No length of rest or time off will ever change that. Another concussion next week is no more likely or dangerous than on in five years.
Tebow wants to play, he is as healthy as he can be, and if we want a professional football career the best thing for him is to play.
Yes this is real life and he has chosen to play a very dangerous game, but to assume Meyer, the doctors and Tebow himself all have some hidden agenda to risk his health to win is over reaction in its grandest form.
