Just wondering if anybody else has seen this:
I am into my career a few years when I noticed that there were 3 teams that had -$600 million to -$1 billion. I changed their cash to 0.
When I went back to simming seasons, attendance is now 0 no matter what I set the ticket price at? Also, the teams that went hugely negative have ticket prices of $600+ each????
Anybody know how to fix this? Anybody come accross this?

I have not (yet anyway), but it sounds like a serious glitch for a $30 game.

yes i have seen the same thing. it happens in the earlier seasons. but it has to do with the same error I'm having with the players getting outrageous salaries it throws all the tickets prices and everything else off. but it doesn't seem to be a problem to anybody else.

have not seen that, but will be certain to keep an eye out for it. any tips of reproducing [you know, the bug :P]?

I don't know how you would reproduce this bug????
I do go into commish mode quite often and adjust players ratings. Not sure if this has anything to do with it????
That said, I wonder if there is another bug? When starting a league in the past, I still like for players to mimick their historical numbers (i.e. I want Rice to be the all time leader in receiving), but they are quite often no where close.

I am using the latest version (8.04) and I have experienced this. I have been recalculating salaries and adjusting team cash balances frequently. was

I've discovered a bug in 8.040 that causes teams to re-sign players at absurdly high salaries if there is a no salary cap. This knocks team cash levels way out of whack. This is why some of you are seeing this, but most of you (those that play with a salary cap) aren't having this problem.
I've created an unofficial patch (Version 8.050) and posted it here (http://www.sportsmogul.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=199127).
